Visitor Parking
Benchmarking Partners offers visitor parking. To get to the garage,
enter the 808-812 Memorial
Drive complex from River Street (see directions below).
Park in the Visitor Garage. Upon exiting the garage, proceed directly ahead
to the Leasing Office (as indicated by the awning sign) for a temporary
parking pass. This must be placed in your vehicle, on the dashboard.

Driving Directions
From the Mass Pike and Points West
Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike all the way into the outskirts of Boston. Continue on
towards the city and eventually you will see a left-hand exit for Cambridge and
Allston/Brighton only. It is just before a toll-booth. Take this exit and
after the toll-booth, stay to the right. At the fork, bear right and
proceed straight across the Charles River (River Street on the Cambridge side). Shortly after the light,
turn right at the sign for 808-812
Memorial Drive, where Benchmarking Partners
offices are located.
From Logan
International Airport
Follow the signs to I-93/Sumner Tunnel/Boston. Take the Sumner Tunnel to
Boston.
Stay left to I-93 North. Stay in the right lane and take the Storrow
Drive/Cambridge exit, which is only 1/2 mile down. Continue on Storrow Drive
(The Charles River will be on your right).
Get off at the Central Square
exit. Take a right at the light, on to River Street. Shortly after, turn
right at the sign for 808-812
Memorial Drive, where Benchmarking Partners
offices are located.
From Providence, RI and Points South
Follow I-93 North into Boston.
Once in the city, stay in the right lane and take the Storrow
Drive/Cambridge exit. Continue on Storrow
Drive (The Charles River
will be on your right). Get off at the Central Square exit. Take a right at
the light, on to River Street.
Shortly after, turn right at the sign for 808-812 Memorial Drive, where
Benchmarking Partners offices are located.
From Manchester, NH and Points North
Follow I-93 South into Boston.
Once on the elevated highway in the city, stay in the right lane and take the
Storrow Drive/Cambridge exit. Continue on Storrow Drive (The Charles
River will be on your right). Get off at the Central Square
exit. Take a right at the light, on to River Street. Shortly after, turn
right at the sign for 808-812
Memorial Drive, where Benchmarking Partners
offices are located.
Subway/Train Directions
Benchmarking Partners is a 10-minute walk from the Central Square stop on the Red Line.

to One Main Street

From Logan
Airport
- Exit
airport.
- Follow
signs for Boston
and Sumner Tunnel. Keep to left as you go through the toll booths and stay
in the left lane as you go through the tunnel.
- On exiting
from the tunnel, follow the signs for Rt. 93 North (second right). You
will go up a ramp, onto Rt. 93.
- Take second
exit off Rt. 93 following signs to Cambridge
and Storrow Drive. Follow signs for Storrow Drive. Keep bearing left
until you go through a little tunnel.
- Exit left
for Kendall Square.
- Keep to the
right and at the light/stop sign, turn right. This will take you over the Longfellow Bridge.
- One Main Street is the first building on the right after the bridge. Our
offices are on the 10th floor.

Alternate Directions from Logan Airport
- Exit
airport.
- Follow
signs for Sumner Tunnel. Keep to left as you go through the toll booths
($1.00) and stay in the left lane as you go through the tunnel.
- On exiting
from the tunnel follow the signs for Rt. 93 North (second right). You will
go up a ramp, onto Rt. 93.
- Take second
exit off Rt. 93, following signs to Cambridge
and Storrow Drive. Keep to the right and
follow sign to Cambridge.
Do not get onto Storrow Drive.
- At light at
end of exit ramp, turn left.
- Keep to the
right and turn right onto a bridge, which leads you in front of the Museum of Science.
- At the next
set of lights turn left onto First Street. Go past the
Cambridgeside Galleria Mall on your right.
- Keep going
until you cross a metal drawbridge. Immediately at the end of the bridge
exit right.
- The brick
building on your immediate right is One Main Street. Our offices are on
the 10th floor.
Pre-arranged Parking: If we have pre-arranged parking for you, go to
end of building (past the twin towers of One and 101 Main). The twin towers
will not be visible to you at the street level, so the building will appear to
be a block long with a service entrance/road in the middle. Go past the entire
building and turn right into the service road/ alley that is less than 10 yards
beyond the end of the building and then take an immediate right into the
parking lot.
You will need to inform the parking attendant that you are visiting
Benchmarking Partners and give your name to match the pre-arranged list.
Once through the gate, go to the far end of the parking lot (the area furthest
from the parking attendant). In doing this, you are moving from being
underneath 101 Main to being underneath One
Main. Park in any unreserved space in the section for One Main at any level of the
parking garage. You must then take the elevator down to lobby and sign in with
the guard. A second elevator will then take you up to our 10th floor offices
Alternate Parking: Continuepast the building and past the service
road/ alley and through the first traffic light. On your left is the Marriott
Hotel and you will see parking signs shortly thereafter.

- Take the

- Merge with
93 South and get to the right.

Turnpike
- Exit left
at the Cambridge/Allston exit. Get into the right lane after the tolls.
Take exit for Cambridge.
- Stay in
right lane and turn right at the lights, getting onto Storrow Drive.
- After long
tunnel/underpass which curves to the left, get into right lane and take
exit for Kendall Square/Government Center at Charles Street.
- Stay in
left lane on exit ramp, and go around the rotary keeping to the left. This
will lead you over the Longfellow
Bridge to Cambridge.
- One Main Street is the first building on the right just after the bridge. Our
offices are on the 10th floor.

Coming East on Route 2
- From Rt.
128, take Rt. 2 East.
- After going
through Arlington
(past Arthur D. Little on right), you will come to a set of lights at what
seems to be the end of Rt. 2. It is not.
- At the
lights, bear right, which takes you past the Alewife "T"
station.
- Keep going
straight and around one rotary where you take the second road
"exit" off it (NOT the road immediately after the Ground Round
restaurant, but the next one, which is still Rt. 2). (The third road heads
you back in the direction you came from.)
- Stay on the
right and bear right at the next little rotary which has a gas station.
(You may not even recognize this as a rotary.)
- Go straight
through the next two sets of lights (which cross Huron Ave. and Brattle St.).
- Get into
the left lane so that when you go through a third set of lights (at the
intersection of Mt. Auburn
St.) you are ready to follow the signs to
bear left onto Memorial Drive.
(The other traffic will bear right and head to Storrow Drive.)
- Once on Memorial Drive,
you will pass MIT on your left.
- Do not
follow the signs for Kendall
Square which will direct you to take a left
off Memorial Drive.
- Continue on
Memorial Drive
as it veers right (not taking the left lanes that will take you toward Boston and Government
Center).
- Make a
U-turn at the first light (the corner of Binney Street and Edwin H. Land Blvd.). (Signs will
direct you to turn left here to reach Kendall Square. Make the U-turn
instead of going left.)
- You will
cross a metal drawbridge. Immediately at the end of the bridge exit right.
- The brick
building on your immediate right is One Main Street. Our offices are on

Street
- Go down
Vassar and cross over Main
Street where it turns into Fulkerson St. and then curves to the
right as Binney St.
- Go all the
way to First Street
and take a right at the light on First
Street. You will cross a metal drawbridge as
First merges with Edwin H. Land Blvd. Immediately exit right at the end of
the bridge.
- The brick

- Go down Newbury Street,
which runs along one side of the Ritz, and turn right onto Berkeley Street.
- Go
straight, crossing Marlborough
St., Commonwealth Avenue, and Beacon Street.
- At the end
of Berkeley,
bear right getting onto Storrow
Drive.
- Go through
the tunnel and keep to the right. Take the Charles Street exit and keep left on
the ramp.
- Go around
the circle, following signs to Cambridge, Longfellow Bridge.
- Once over
the bridge, One Main Street

From the Newton
Marriott to the Cambridge
Hyatt
- From the
Newton Marriott, take Rt. 128 (also known as Rt. 95) South and get onto
the Mass. Pike (I-90) going east.
- Exit left
at the Cambridge/Allston exit. Get into the right lane after the tolls. Go
in the Cambridge
direction.
- Go
straight through the intersection, keep to the right on the bridge, and
cross the Charles River.
- At the end
of the bridge turn right onto Memorial
Drive. The road will eventually go up, over a
rotary/intersection. Shortly after the road descends, you will find the
Hyatt on your left.
- Turn left
at the lights in front of the hotel.
